Dale Querin, a journeyman carpenter and licensed home builder, has been building in the Comox Valley for over 20 years of his 35 year career. In 1989, while living in Victoria, Dale took over operations of R-J Construction from his father, Harold Querin, who had been running the company since its inception in 1959. Dale and his young family moved to the Comox Valley in 1992 and have been living and loving it here ever since. When he’s not building new homes, you will often find Dale enjoying the outdoors with his wife, Shirley. They spend most of their days off enjoying the sunshine in their kayaks, or hitting the links at one of the many beautiful golf courses that the Valley has to offer.

Brandon Querin began working with his father at R-J Construction after graduating high school in 2003. To date he has been a vital addition to the building of over 25 homes in and around Comox. Working from the ground up, Brandon brings quality craftsmanship to every aspect of the building process. Along with building, Brandon also does all of the design work and drawing of plans for the company, and can help you bring your dream house to life. In his spare time Brandon can be found tinkering away at his many computers, enjoying the Valley with his camera strapped around his neck, or spending time camping with friends and family.

Joel Querin joined in the family business shortly after graduating from high school in 2009. He's been learning the in's and out's of the construction trade ever since and has helped on many projects with R-J Construction, as well as other companies around the Valley. Joel is an avid photography fan and spends most of his spare time outdoors hiking one of the many trails in the area and looking for unique photo opportunities.
