Carlisle Lane

Carlisle Lane

Carlisle Lane is a new 33-home development in Cumberland in the Comox Valley on Vancouver Island. This new real estate project will feature Craftsman homes in a heritage-styled subdivision, located on the site of a former garden nursery. Homes built with large front porches will create a sense of community; dedicated parkland will provide places to explore; and coach houses will allow for in-law suites and mortgage helpers.

The building scheme for Carlisle Lane includes Craftsman / heritage-style construction of bungalow, rancher and two-storey homes with reduced front yards and large front porches, and with garages set at the back of the homes. These new Comox Valley homes are expected to range from about 1,600 to 2,200 square feet. Zoning allows for coach houses on most of the lots.

The 33 large, level building lots at Carlisle Lane range from approximately 6,500 – 15,000 square feet. Some of these new homes in Cumberland will feature mountain views. Ten of the lots back onto dedicated parkland the park space will include walking trails and a pond for all residents to enjoy.
